Permalink Structure & Pagination

The pagination on the page does not work correctly:
http://dev.brokenponyclub.com/frys-au/our-recipes

I have read the forums and understand how to get the pagination working correctly however from an SEO and user flow stand point this doesn’t make sense as it should be http://dev.brokenponyclub.com/frys-au/our-recipes and then https://www.fryfamilyfood.com/uk/our-recipes/vegetarian-tortilla-cones/

Is there any way to get around this otherwise I am going to need to redirect all recipe pages and as mentioned it doesn’t make sense from a breadcrumb or user flow point of view.
