    When I run a performance test, the progress bar reaches 100% and the popup disappears.
    The test give me no results, on the “score metrics” section I have a window that says “The performance test didn’t return any results. This could be because you’re on a local website (which we can’t access) or something went wrong trying to connect with the testing API. Give it another go and if the problem persists, please open a ticket with our support team.”, I tried several times without getting changes and I’m not working in local.

  • @cmpmarketing,

    Are there any errors in the browser console or in debug log?

    No errors in the browser console (I’m using google Chrome) when i run the test, about the debug log, I’m not sure if I did it right but I used “Console” of the MacOs (I work with a macbook) and in the search bar i typed “chrome” to display all info about the browser and there aren’t any errors.

    Best regards

    @cmpmarketing, you can enable debug log by adding

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    to your wp-config.php file, the error log can be found in wp-content/debug.log.

    Thanks for the clarification, but in the debug.log file there isn’t any error.

    Brest regards

    @cmpmarketing,

    If there are no errors, please contact your host to see if the request might be cached on the server side or if there are any blocks preventing your site from making curl requests to our API at https://premium.wpmudev.org/api/

    Good morning, I contacted my host and they said: “The indicated API is not blocked by the hosting https://premium.wpmudev.org/api/”.

    Best regards

    @cmpmarketing,

    There is no performance report for your site on our API, which indicates that your site is not making API requests for some reason. I have triggered a manual scan for you site, could you please try running a new performance test and see if Hummingbird can fetch the report I generated?

    Best regards,

    I tried another time to run the performance test, but still same situation

    @cmpmarketing,

    You need to find what is blocking your outgoing requests. I do not see that your site is requesting the reports. This is something that is happening either in one of your plugins or on your host.
