    The best chat plugin/service for WordPress and even for any purpose; it exceed the expectations. Is the best in the category, and it’s worth the fact that is not self-hosted, because conversations have an history, and you can create chat rooms (upgrading your plan even hide/show chatrooms based on user role).
    Design is fresh and new, at difference with so much other plugins, and the support is perfect. The developer within 1-2 hours will answer to any email and help you through any aspect of the plugin.
    Even the price is really cheap.
    (If you see other plugins in the category, the features are less and monthly fee higher).
    Absolutely recommended!
