I have a job application that is working with everything but the checkboxes. I have checked stuff in the form but they just dont show up on the pdf output.

Make sure you set the CF7 checkbox values to the same value as the exported value of the checkbox in the PDF field options.

I’ve released a new version of the plugin which uses pipes by default for checkboxes.
