Your PDF needs to contain forms if you want to fill them. Make sure they are in the AcroForm format.

I use your plugin with api pdf ninja.
I pay my abonnement and renew in august it work well.
But since today when i fill in the form, all my data don’t appear in my pdf (my pdf is join but it is empty)but in another text file.
I don’t know why, However i change nothing.
Can you help me for this problem, because i have inscriptions at this moment urgent and it must to work for that.

Your PDF form does not have any form fields entered into it.
You can use a site like pdfescape.com to add fields to the PDF file
i use this plugin since more than 1 year, i know it must have form field.
My pdf is good and all works well since more than 1 year.
But today it doesn’t work i don’t know why!
I change nothing!!

the problem come from your api, what’s happened suddenly??
I’m very sorry but there was downtime on the server today. I will be working to revamp the setup to make sure there is no downtime in the future.
