Pb when synching contacts

    Hello,

    I just have finished to sync my account and I have a problem with some contacts imported :

    * They have an added date of 1/1/70 1:00
    * They are not considered as subscribed and I can’t subscribed them manually from my mailchimp account, error message is : “contact was not included (already unsubscribed, did not opt in to marketing, cleaned).”

    Hi @amauryt, thanks for reaching out, but the troubleshooting you’re working through is outside the functionality of the plugin, and it would be best suited for the support team at Mailchimp to review. They would be able to access your account and investigate further. You can reach out to their customer service team via this support link. You should be able to chat with them and take things from there.

    Thanks for the reply. It’s a known bug on mailchimp side. They are trying to resolved it.
