Are you referring to a process where:
- the customer purchases the item,
- then requests a return,
- you approve the return,
- and the money is refunded to the customer?

I don’t really have the means to test this.
I don’t have a PayTrail account, and we don’t officially support compatibility with this plugin.
However, I did my best.
I placed an order and then submitted a refund request.
As an administrator, I approved the refund request.
I received a notification from WooCommerce that the refund was accepted and that the funds will be returned.
However, I’m not 100% sure if this works because, as I mentioned, I don’t have a PayTrail account.
It would be best if you could try this yourself on your production account and test it with a sample order.
