Paypal redirect not working

Hi,

A client is trying to pay this afternoon and he’s not being redirected to Paypal. This plugin has been used for years without any issues.

I’ve been through the info at:
https://wpplugin.org/documentation/contact-form-7-form-does-not-submit/

Cleared caches, made sure that the payment page is excluded from caches etc. We haven’t added any other plugins recently.

After clearing all the caches it sends and then shows thank you for your message but it hasn’t taken the client to Paypal to actually pay. I’ve tried it on several browsers as well.

WP 5.8
Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on Version 1.9.3
PHP 7.4.9

Any suggestions?

When trying to submit your form, I’m getting an error that the form cannot be submitted:

This error isn’t returned by our plugin but is caused by Contact Form 7. You may wish to contact them for further assistance.

I am having the EXACT same problem. Does not redirect and post the same message in green at the bottom of my form. Please advise

Hi Colin,

We’ve moved away from CF7 so we don’t need your plugin any more. My client was not happy so I found another way for his clients to pay him.

I still don’t know whether it was a CF7 issue or an issue with this plugin or something else. At least my clients is happy now.

He has used your plugin for years without any issues and for that we are grateful.

I may have to move on as well. This is very frustrating – people are trying to Donate money and it should be easy for them.

Karen – can I ask what you moved on to so we can try that as well?
