PayPal login within QPP doesn’t function

Testing on Chrome, Edge and Firefox I cannot log in to PayPal to make a payment. I keep getting error messages for my triple-confirmed access codes. I saw another thread on this issue from several months ago, but no real solution.

You mentioned the issue is with PayPal, but there must be something that is in conflict. Can you help me with this? I am not a skilled developer.
