Paypal Express Shows "Security Header is not valid"

I’m using the paid membership with Paypal Express; however, whenever the user clicks on the Paypal button, the page comes up with an error “Security header is not valid”. I’ve double checked the API settings and they are all correct. And it’s in production mode. Can’t figure out why it’s not working.
