Paypal API Call Failed

    I’m having a difficult time intergrading this system with paypal. I entered all of the api information from paypal – I did read the manual – but I get this error once I try and check out from the booking system.

    Any suggestions?

    Express check out API call failed.

    Error code:
    10002

    Error severity code:
    Error

    Detailed error message:
    Security header is not valid.

    Short error message:
    Security error.

    Hello,

    Make sure you use the correct credentials, method (live or sandbox) or if there is a white space in the credentials fields.
    The errors means that the API credentials are not correct.

    Are there better instructions on getting the correct credentials? I’ve worked with paypal before and it still isn’t working for me.

    Never mind… I’m dumb. I kept on creating a certificate when I should have been creating a signature.
