Password not working

    Hi, When I buy short courses from Woo i am given a Password (First Time Login only) for Moodle, but it does not work. I have to forgot password from Moodle and reset it so I can login and see course i bought.

    This gives confusion to my students, they will never know what to do. Please help me with this.. I have PRO license if you need it i can provide it.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    When a user purchases a course for the first time, we generate a password from WordPress and create the corresponding Moodle account. However, for security reasons, Moodle is configured to force a password reset on the first login.

    This means the initially generated password may not work directly on the Moodle login page, and the student will need to use the “Forgot password” option to set their own password before accessing the course.

    If the same user later purchases another course from WordPress, they should continue using the password they set in Moodle. If they do not remember it, they will need to reset it again from Moodle.

    Could you please confirm whether this issue is happening only on the first login (which is expected behavior), or if students are being forced to reset their password every time they try to log in?
