Password incorrect not showing banner

    Hi

    Thankyou for the plugin, we are looking for moving into “paid support plugin”…

    Before that we are trying to get confortable with this new ticketing system.

    We are struggling on the login page… when someone put an incorrect psw, there is no banner display of the error.

    If you go on https://help3d.it/i-miei-ticket/ , here is shown correctly if you write the incorrect password. Any hint?

    Hi:

    We were unable to replicate this with the standard wordpress themes.

    I suspect this is related to the theme you’re using. Can you try it on the standard wordpress theme and see if you still have the issue?
