• Hi Team,

So, this is a problem I have been facing for a while now, for one of my sites.

As you can see in the link given above, this page contains individual consultants (items) which looks fine on big screens.

On mobile devices however, they are modified to get stacked on top of each other (the left column with image 100% width. the right column also 100% width).

This looks perfectly fine when in the design mode (in elementor) but in the actual page, the responsive behaviour doesn’t seem to work (check it in a mobile device and you will know what I am talking about).

What is even weird is that, 1 out of 50 times, randomly, the responsive behaviour seems to work on smaller devices but then, stops working out of the blue again.

Can you please have a look and advise accordingly?

    Thanks,
    Rajiv

  • I’ve also been having the same issue. I set up the responsive layout for different mobile views for my loop and when I view it on a mobile device the loop just displays the desktop snap point which obviously looks wrong.

This has been an issue for a couple of months at least. Any update on this?

    Thanks

Just found a work around in another post on here:

In loop template page settings, I changed the page layout to “Elementor canvas” (No header, no footer, only Elementor) and also the html tag of the section to “div”.

Then go to Elementor –> Tools and press Regenerate CSS.

This fixed the issue for me. As I understand if you modify the loop template you’ll have to regenerate the CSS file.

    Thanks, @jasmaunder, for your input.

    They make sense.

In my case, however, they fell in place on their own. So, I have left it at that for now.
