Overriding other settings

    I have several sidebars set to be placed on “all posts” as this was easiest and works on 99% of my posts. However I have one category of posts that I don’t want included in that. Is there a way I can override those “all posts” for this category? My only other option I assume is to go in my other sidebars and choose every category individually accept for this one. But that’s going to be a bit tedious. Plus I’d have to remember to add in any new categories. Just wondering if there is an easier way.
