our server can’t download wordpress

    Hello,
    our server with Ip address 104.237.237.2 can’t download wordpress and other plugins so that our wordpress sites can’t be updated
    Please help me fix this issue

    What is your website url, i can check if they are blacklisted IPs

    Please install https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ and see if it says it can/can’t reach wordpress.org and what message it gives.

    according to the terminal logs it is pretty obvious that there is a block on wordpress
    I need wordpress.org server or network administrator to unblock our ips

    Even we are not able to access wordpress.org using IP blocks
    173.214.176.0/20 and 147.185.114.0.23

    [root@ok1067 ~]# ping wordpress.org

    10 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 9396ms

    Not even able to install wordpress on site.

    WordPress error

    We see the above mentioned error in Health plugin page

    Communication with WordPress.org Unable to reach WordPress.org at 66.155.40.250: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to wordpress.org port 443: Connection timed out
