• When a new order arrives, the order is set to processing and further on the orders page (whether through the plugin or woocommerce) you can see that the order number is set to processing however when you check the order status when plugging it into the tracking form it says “There are no order statuses for tracking number: xxxx.” Funnily enough, if you go to the specific order under your plugin and click on it bringing one to the order number page (and remember, it already showed as processing) and then just click edit order after not changing any fields, the order status can be seen on the tracking form.

One day ago, this plugin was setup and working fine and then we went into it today and all of the settings were changed.

We would like to use this plugin and we are setup with a free trial for premium to test it out however if this continues we cannot.

    You should also note that:

    woocommerce integration is: on
    prefix: blank
    all switches: off
    all statuses: processing

Just replying for this to be bumped. Have seen others who have posted after us get replies to their questions so bumping to make sure this is seen.

    Hi bit,

First off, sorry for the delayed reply.

Just to understand the issue that you’re having:

    1) Are the orders that can’t be tracked coming in from WooCommerce? If an order is manually created using the plugin, does it display correctly the first time?

    2) When you say that the plugin was working correctly, were the orders being added the same way (either via WooCommerce or manually)? Did anything change between the first day when it was working correctly and when you noticed it no longer working correctly (was the plugin updated, woocommerce updated, theme updated, etc.)?

Thanks for helping us to pin down what might be going wrong.

    1) Yes, the orders are coming in from woocommerce. If an order is manually created, it does display the first time, unlike orders from woocommerce.

    2) It was working correctly (orders coming in from woocommerce were automatically able to be tracked without editing them manually). No changes as far as we know, however when we were away from the computer (during the night) at a certain point the orders stopped being able to be tracked and when we came back to use it the next day (because customers were complaining) we found that settings had been changed (and we did not keep track of what the settings changed to). We just decided to put the settings back to what we wanted them to be and then it did not work correctly from there on out.

Would also like to note that the free trial ends in less than 24 hours which will make it harder to test if it is working correctly, we reckon.

    Hi bit,

It looks like the issue with the newest update to the plugin, which could explain why it stopped working if you guys updated it after it was released last week. We’re working on a fix for the WooCommerce functionality now which should be out later this week. In the meantime, you can continue to test if you’d like using an earlier version of the plugin from this page:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/order-tracking/advanced/

The most recent version before the last update was 2.10.10.

Can you send us an email? We’ll send you a temporary upgrade code to extend the trial for an extra week so that we can get this resolved.

    Hi test009,

If you navigate to the “WooCommerce” area of the “Options” tab, is the “WooCommerce Integration” turned on? Could you toggle this setting and see if the orders now show in the “Orders” tab?
