Order changes after adding new products

    Greetings,

    Should the product listing order need become shuffled upon adding product items? Having to reorder a list with over one hundred items each time I need to add an item could become VERY taxing…

    Other than that, I am impressed with how well this works and how clean it is. I had to evaluate, and subsequently reject, 2 other solutions before I found yours.

    Yep agreed. It would be nice to implement a reorder function. In the meantime here are 2 possible workarounds:

    1. reorder in your database directly (easy and effective if you’re familiar with SQL)

    2. Install a reorder posts plugin such as this one. It works on the WP Catalogue because it is just a custom post type.
