    For security, the web server is running as a different user from the owner of the docroot.
    Only the wp-content/uploads directory can be written by the web server.

    currrently the plugin always tries to write in /wp-content/

    It will be good if I can choose a different directory for the cache

    I apologize for the delay in this thread, we have missed the notification for it. Currently, I’m afraid it is not possible for page caching. Only for Asset Optimization, a custom folder can be created.
