Option Logic No Longer Working

Hi,

We’re finishing up the development of this page and suddenly your plugin has stopped working correctly.

1. Go to the page provided
2. Enter 15 for the pet’s weight
3. Select the “Regular Aquamation 0-75 lbs” plan
4. Enter anything for the species. I’m using “dog.”
5. Select any complementary option

You’ll see it temporarily loads the “Select Additional Options” boxes and then disappears.

The logic should be that the user gets to select one complimentary option and then they can select additional options for an increased price. This was all working until recently.

Please advise on the fix.
