Q: Do I need to back up before update?

A: Yes, always and ever! Back up your files as well as database. Always test new versions of the plugin on test/stage server first!

Q: I’m using Uni CPO 3.1.8 or below purchased on codecanyon.net. Do I need to update immediately?

A: We wouldn’t recommend to do this yet. First, this version is so called ‘lite’ version and will always have less features than future ‘pro’ version. Also, version 4 is incompatible with the previous versions of the plugin. The migration script isn’t ready yet.

Reviews

Best plugin for woocommerce

Very functional plugin. The main thing to understand how it works! technical support at altitude. Need a good detailed documentation !!

Ridiculously bloated app + Abysmal Customer Service

I recently purchased and installed this to augment a shopping cart system I’m working with. I made the mistake of not installing the free version first and just going by the obviously shilled reviews. Major mistake.

This plug-in is massively bloated and complicated. Many of the features that have entries in the documentation have “no entries yet” placeholders instead of real information. When I realized that this app was not going to work for me and the documentation was incomplete, I got a series of nasty replies, including one telling me that my reason for a refund was not good enough. Fortunately, you can simply have it reversed through Paypal.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this product and people. I had a terrible experience all around.

What a joy!

This plugin is really professional and fantastic. Best of all, the auother is really helpfull and a creative solution finder. All my best and thumps up!
