Depending on what you want to do, Breadcrumb NavXT should already have decent support for bbPress. The only issue I know of right now is that topics may not display the correct/expected breadcrumb trail. To fix this, please use the Breadcrumb NavXT bbPress Extensions plugin in conjunction with Breadcrumb NavXT. If this does not solve your issues, please let me know and I’ll work to improve the bbPress extensions plugin.

I noticed last night that the link to the .zip archive for bbPress Extensions was broken (and subsequently fixed it). The breakage must have happened when I moved servers last fall.
