    Hello Yuan, sorry for delay, we were busy with release.
    You should enter a CSS class or CSS id of an element on your page, most likely a button or an image.

    <img src="images/nicebutton.png" alt="Chat with us" class="chatwithus" id="btnchatwithus" />

    In this case, you can enter chatwithus as class or btnchatwithus as id.
