open and accept button is not working

    Hi,

    I have recently install and activate WP live chat. But my dashboard action button (accept and open) is not working when there is user want to chat with me. I’m not sure whether is conflict with other plugin but my other plugins are not allow to deactivate in order to operate my website. Below is my website URL.

    Hi Bryan

    My apologies for the delay in response.

    Please go to the Live Chat dashboard, right click on the page, click ‘Inspect’ and then on the ‘Console’ tab.

    Please post a screenshot of the console log so that we can look further into this for you?
