I’m marking this support thread as resolved, but if there’s still an issue please feel free to change it back to unresolved.
Hi… I have got this problem. If someone attempts to manage subscriptions when not logged in, they get asked to fill in their email address and then get sent a link. Following the link gets you to the form to supply your email address again.
Details:
I have a real management page.
WP: 3.8.3
Subscribe to Comments Reloaded: Version 140220
Site: http://genealogy.antipole.co.uk
Any help much appreciated – thanks
Hello @antipole,
Can you please follow this steps http://behstant.com/subscribe-reloaded/realMgnPage.php and let me know if this fix your problem.
I enter your blog and I think you don’t have the page created.
Regards.!!
Hi – sorry for the delay in replying – I am at sea.
I had followed those steps and have checked again that they have been done. I have a management page here and when I go to it when not logged in without parameters it loads OK, inviting me to enter an email address.
If I then give it an email address that has subscriptions, it emails me a link to the same page with parameter sre with the email address and a parameter srk with a key. When I follow that link I end up back at the page as if no parameters.
Any further help appreciated – thanks
