    Is is possible to have only a checkbox?

    Hi – Yes.

    If the Mailchimp “subscribe to newsletter” checkbox isn’t positioned as desired, a theme or plugin conflict might be the cause. To rectify this:

    • Consider adjusting your WordPress theme. Keep in mind, every theme is unique.
    • If you’re unfamiliar with theme adjustments, consider seeking help from a third-party developer.
    • The commonly modified class is .form-row.form-row-wide.mailchimp-newsletter, though this might differ based on your theme and plugin version.
    • Always back up your theme before making changes. Test modifications in a staging environment before updating your live site.
