Ongoing Event

    Hi @ulrich.stettler,

    Thanks for getting in touch! Are you currently using a shortcode or widget that isn’t properly displaying events that are ongoing? This isn’t intended behavior, so there may be some type of conflict at work here.

    First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugins. Once you’ve done that, will you please follow the steps outlined in this article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Let’s start there and see what we find!

    Hi Caroline

    The ongoing Events (exception, the start date is today) are not showing when I use the [ecs-list-events] shortcode. On widget Events List I could see the same ongoing event.

    I teseted the following steps:

    – Change the theme from Espresso to Twenty Fifteen (with the same result
    – Update the Plug In The Event Calendar (only on my Testmachine, but I have to adapt two three things after the update on the live system) <– same result

    The [ecs-list-events] shortcode is not developed by us and we are not able to provide support on 3rd party coding.
