Hi Jeff,
Thank you getting in touch. You can use our plugin independently as well as with any 3rd party GA Plugin.
Find below the steps to use our plugin with WooCommerce GA Integration:
Step 1:
add the following code below your standard GA Code:
ga(‘require’, ‘ec’, ‘ec.js’);
// This adds the Enhanced Ecommerce Code
Step 2:
Go to our settings page and Enable Checkbox – ‘Add Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking code’
Since you are adding Universal Analytics Tracking Code via another plugin, keep the option – ‘Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code’ uncheck form our plugin settings page.
Hope this helps.
Let me know if something is unclear or need more information
Hi, thanks for your reply !
Just wanna make sure I did it all right
First, I replace the code in WooCommerce GA Integration plugin like this
//ga(‘require’, ‘ecommerce’, ‘ecommerce.js’);
ga(‘require’, ‘ec’, ‘ec.js’);
Second, I install your plugin, Enable Checkbox – ‘Add Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking code’ and keep the ‘Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code’ uncheck
is that alright???
Hi Jeff,
Yes, you have performed the correct steps.
Let us know if you need any other help

Hi, Tks for your reply~
I wait for 2 days, but I still can’t see the data in GA Ecommerce Product List Views ?? should I do something more??
Hi Jeff,
To troubleshoot the issue you are facing, can you share with us your store url and other information through this quick form?
Thank you,
I just submit my info to the quick form 🙂
Hi Jeff,
We just check your store & found that the code:ga(‘require’, ‘ec’, ‘ec.js’); is missing in your standard Universal analytics code.
Here’s the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/4ut7y2
Please add the line before ga(‘send’, ‘pageview’); & the plugin will start working.
Additionally, kindly add your code before </head>.
Hope this helps 🙂
