This usually means your rest api is blocked. Please check if you have a plugin enabled which blocks the rest api.
Thank you for the fast feedback. I’m very new to WordPress so I don’t know what the Rest API is and what is blocking it. I have the following plugins active:
WPKit For Elementor
WPForms Lite
Unlimited Elements for Elementor
Typeform
TM Elementor Addons
Tiny Portfolio Widgets For Elementor
Templately
Team Revolution Layouts for Elementor
Royal Elementor Addons
Ocean Social Sharing
Ocean Extra
Hover Box for Elementor
Essential Addons for Elementor
Database Cleaner & Optimizer (2022)
Hi @bennipg,
An easy way to find out which plugin blocks the REST API on your website, would be by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
After activating this plugin, navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins on your website and click “Troubleshoot” under the Complianz plugin. You will now see a version of the site with only Complianz activated, in which the [object Object] issue should be resolved.
You can now start re-enabling plugins one-by-one, until the issue reappears. That would tell you exactly which plugin causes the behavior on your website.
You can always disable the troubleshooting mode under Plugins > Installed Plugins, the site will be exactly as it was prior to the activation of Troubleshooting mode.
Kind regards,
Jarno
Hello, thank you very much for the tip. I disabled all plugins with the plugin but the error still remains. Even if I update the cookies page. Do I have to reinstall the complianz plugin or should it work like this?
Found the problem. The permalinks were set incorrectly. sry
