    Hello,

    I have a problem with the submission of notices, when I click on the button submit a notice it is put on hold, it turns but the notice is not posted.

    Can you please tell me where the problem comes from?

    1) Do you have the reCAPTCHA integration enabled? There is currently a bug with reCAPTCHA so try disabling and and see if that works.

    2) Did you clone any of your pages or reviews? If so, go to the Site Reviews Tools page and run the “Repair Review Relations” tool.

    3) Did you clone or migrate your database from another websites? If so, try deactivating Site Reviews and then reactivate it.

    If neither of those suggestions work, please contact me directly using the “Contact Support” section of the “Site Reviews > Help & Support” page and send me your Site Reviews System Info and Console Log files.

    Maybe you misunderstood #1. IF reCAPTCHA is enabled in the Site Reviews settings, please disable it and test again.

    If you are not using reCAPTCHA, please try #2 and #3 in the suggestions above.

    And finally, if you tried all three things and are still having the problem, please contact me directly using the “Contact Support” section of the “Site Reviews > Help & Support” page.

    Make sure to include your Site Reviews System Info and Console Log files as requested once you tick all the checkboxes in the “Contact Support” section.

    1. If you disabled the CAPTCHA setting and the form is still not working, please share the URL of your page so I can check.

    2. Alternatively, you can contact me directly using the “Contact Support” section of the “Site Reviews > Help & Support” page. Make sure to include your Site Reviews System Info and Console Log files as requested once you tick all the checkboxes in the “Contact Support” section.

    If the problem is only happening when the CAPTCHA option is enabled, you can try Site Reviews v6.2.1-beta5 which fixes the reCAPTCHA integration:

    it works now the submission of notices, I see them well in the list of notices but they are not displayed on the page in question or the notice has been filed, why?

    @mass80 Are you using the “Latest Reviews” block/shortcode/widget to display the reviews on your page?
