Notification Emails

I want to use the Notification Email to sed to an email address that has been specified in a Custom Field on the Form (e.g %cust_org_email_address%).
It only seems to accept custom fields in the actual message element – is there any way to use the custom fields for the ‘To’ field on the Notification page ?
