Thanks, Yes, I see it. I was looking WAY over to the left next to other items. vs. to the right next to Profile. I love your plugin. Way better than others.
For some reason I was expecting it to be in the Screen Options dropdown. Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I like the plugin as well. However, I just couldn’t find the Add Note button. I was probably just in too big of a hurry.

More background color options with ability to input html color code.
Thank you for the great, simple plugin.
It used to be in the screen options, but due to WP Core changes this was no longer the best solution 😉
It is actually possible to add your own colors through a code snippet: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-dashboard-notes/faq/
I’ve noted the request for custom input of color codes 🙂

Hi,
I am using this plugin on two site. On one I can select it from screen options for pages and posts but on the other I only have the add note option on the dashboard.
I have same version of the plugin on both sites. Can you tell me why it’s displaying differently for each site?

This plugin only lets you add notes on the dashboard, nowhere else.. I think you may have another plugin running that may have a similar name..

Thats another plugin, not mine.. My plugin is only present on the dashboard as you can see in the screenshot section, not on any pages whatsoever.
Maybe you have 2 plugins running..?
