Not working; temperature displays 0

    I am running the latest version of WP and WP-Cloudy. The plugin was working perfectly on our site for several months but now only displays 0 degrees.

    I checked the Open Weather Map site the city we are using (Woodland Park, Colorado) is displaying correctly. For some reason it is not showing properly in the widget in our site header:

    Thinking it might be an issue with the widget,I created a new weather with the same settings and placed it in a test page. The problem is there:

    Any suggestions or ideas?
