Not working for one plugin

    Hi
    I purchased the pro version of this plugin yesterday and it is working perfectly for all my major plugins. Thanks!

    However, there is one plugin the we have that is still not picking up the template. It is a custom plugin that was created for us a year or so ago and is send out an email with the results once the user has completed a survey. It uses the PHP mail function mail.

    Is there a way to easily change it to using the WP Mail function instead? Or is there a some other modification I can make? If you email me I can send you the plugin files or give access our site.

    Hi,

    As a Pro Version License holder please post your support request on the Pro Version plugins page – I don’t get any notification when people post here and I only check this about once a week.

    I can’t email you because I have no way on here of knowing who you are? I don’t know if it is possible to change your custom plugin so that it uses the WP Mail Function and thus have the WP Email Template applied. happy to have a look at it for you though. Just post to the Help section on the plugins page. Thanks

    Hi

    It’s ok. I’ve got it working now. It was simple actually. I didn’t see it until I traced the source codes for the mail() function. It was just changing the command to wp_mail().

    BTW I did try to post on the Pro Version help page, but the spam filter is too restrictive and would not allow me to post the comment.

    Yes sorry about the Spam free WordPress plugin blocking you – Its a great plugin but a bit severe.

    Please to see you go your custom plugin configed to use wp_mail
