    Hello,

    I’ve been having ongoing problems with the plugin since GA4 functionality was added. It won’t track one of my client’s sales, and i’m not sure why.

    Hi @helenbfi,

    Thanks for creating this topic.

    Please check for a pattern among the missing orders such as payment method, product type purchased, etc. so that the issue can be identified.
    ​
    Further, we would suggest referring to FAQ1 and FAQ2 which would help in identifying the problems you may have and their fix.
