    Hi, I don’t know why but it isn’t working. I’ve created the pixel and pasted the ID but it doesn’t have any hits.

    Have you set up your pixel to retrieve the retail parameters?

    Hi, I have the same problem on two sites.
    tag assistant reports only the metadata:
    event gtag.config
    On google ads all the parameter hits are empty: ecomm_pagetype, ecomm_prodid, ecomm_totalvalue
    The settings are the same as recommended here:

    Any ideas?

    Then you might not be using the correct id. Did you double check?

    Also I’ve uploaded a new version of the plugin which switched to the new gtag pixel. It should not make a difference, since the old one works fine on other websites, but give it a try.
