Hi @srd75, thanks for reporting this. Since the “Last sync” timestamp has not changed in a week, the store’s sync queue may have stopped processing. Please enable Remote Diagnostics under Mailchimp for WooCommerce → Settings → Support, then let us know once it’s enabled along with your store URL. This will allow us to review the store’s plugin versions, sync queue, scheduled actions, and relevant errors without asking you to post potentially sensitive system information in this public forum. Please don’t disconnect or force a resync yet—we’ll review the diagnostics first. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I don’t see “Support” in Mailchimp for WooCommerce → Settings

@srd75 Hi there, enabling support is done so from the Mailchimp Plugin under the Advanced tab, you’ll see a Enable support checkbox

I don’t see any of those headers:

@srd75 Understood, I see that this is the setup screen. You’ll need to press Sync now to start the initial sync and then you’ll see the Advance settings.

I couldn’t help but notice the alert stating the following:

cannot create or update store at Mailchimp

Is this what’s preventing from starting the initial sync?

If so, to move forward first you’ll need to deactivate and delete the plugin – uninstall. This will make sure that if there’s any stores created in Mailchimp already they’ll be deleted.

After you’ve done a total uninstall of the Mailchimp plugin, you can then install, activate and get connected. Where you’ll should then be able to proceed past that Sync now screen to get started.

    Thanks, @jordanrich

Deactivating, deleting, installing, activating, connecting to Mailchimp looks to have solved the problem:

I also received an email: “Your WooCommerce store has synced to Mailchimp’.
