That’s correct because it is not showing in the backend…
This order has an upsell of 2 euros but the upsell product is not showing. The custom field is something else. This product is 165 euros and there is 167 showing in the backend. But I cannot see which upsell it is..
The other field that is showing, is that created with our plugin? I don’t see that in your screenshot on the product so I am confused.
What you see on the product page (the checkboxes) is with your plug-in. I have added the screenshot.
Okay but you also seem to be using another plugin for that other field? That will be the issue. If you have 2 plugins that do the same thing, they will conflict with each other unless they integrate.
Can you deactivate that other plugin and try again?
I tried but it is still not showing. See screenshot.
Test, that is the order when I disabled the order plug-in.
It still shows “Gratis handgeschreven kaartje toevoegen (max. 150 tekens)” so you have a plugin adding additional options to your product that is not our plugin. This will cause problems.
The easiest thing you can do is to disable all plugins except our plugin and WooCommerce. Then test again. If it works then, you know there is a plugin conflict and you can start looking into which plugin causes the conflict.
No, that is still your plug-in. That is the text option. So there are no additional with another plug-in. Is there another way to check en test? Because if I have to disable all plug-ins and make an order after each.. it is a lot..
Can confirm, i just placed a test-order, but the upsells are not visible in the backend and also not in the emails to both customer as shop.

@yordikathmann Can you fill out the label on the checkboxes field? Not it is blank. See if that changes anything.
