Not Sending Customer Data

We are currently using the Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) integration with Help Scout on our website to send customer and purchase information into Help Scout for our support workflow.

The integration was working fine previously, but suddenly it has stopped sending data from EDD to Help Scout. Now, when a purchase or customer action happens, no information is being pushed into Help Scout and we are seeing an error in the process.

We have already checked the following from our side:

• Plugin setup and configuration are correct
• Help Scout App Secret Key is properly defined in the configuration file:
  define('HELPSCOUT_SECRET_KEY', 'your-random-string');
• Server-side environment is stable and working normally
• No recent changes have been made to the integration setup before the issue started

Despite this, the integration is no longer functioning and data is not being synced to Help Scout.

We kindly request your assistance in identifying the cause of this issue and helping us restore the EDD–Help Scout data synchronization as soon as possible, as it is affecting our support workflow.
