But when I click save in settings I get a white screen with this.

You should upload your screenshot to some cloud service for saving files (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive) and share a link here.
At which tab in settings do you click “Save” button?

Unfortunately, I could not reproduce this error on our test site. Please reach out to your hosting support and ask them to check your server settings. If you google this error, there will be a lot results mentioning the hosting configuration as the issue. Sorry for not being able to be more helpful here.
