Not receiving Verification Emails?

Hi, Can someone PLEASE help? My clients are not receiving verification emails and it is driving me insane! I have installed wp-easy-smtp as I wasnt receiving admin notifications (suddenly) and now my clients dont receive any verification emails… I have made sure the DO NOT send emails is not checked and also deactivated all other plugins but it still isnt working!
