Not Receiving Expiration Warning Emails

I have been testing the emails that are sent to members of a new site that I am working on. I found that I do not receive the expiration warning email. I get all of the other emails from Paid Memberships Pro on both the admin and user side as expected. Is there any reason that the expiration warnings wouldn’t be working?
