According to the error log, Google responded to our request to publish the post that they received an error: HTTP error: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.
That suggests that either your server may have been offline, unresponsive, or responded slowly (at least slower than Google+ expected).
What is the solution? I tried with around 5-6 posts. It did not work at all.
I’d suggest checking with your hosting provider to ensure they wouldn’t be blocking Google or Google+’s scraper and/or contacting Google for assistance.
Until Google+ is able to visit your site, I don’t believe there is anything on our end we can do.
