I have my FB ID and App ID both correct.

Can you clarify what you mean by this? If you’re using Jetpack, you don’t need to set those two items up.

When you share a post on Facebook, or when Jetpack Publicize notifies your Facebook page of a new post, Facebook crawls the page and looks for Open Graph meta tags in the head to build a complete post preview (with an image, title, description, …).

You can see what Facebook sees by entering one of your posts’ URLs in Facebook Debugger:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

It looks like you’re using AIOSEO for your OG meta tag generation. That might be what the issue is, but there’s a bigger issue below.

While that post loads – I get the following error when visiting your homepage http://www.theresasheridan.com/ (you might need to log out of wp-admin to see the error):

Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data03/65/3399465/html/wp-includes/user.php on line 426

You should investigate what is causing that error. Once that is resolved, that will most likely resolve the Publicize issue. Here’s a thread I found in the regular forums here – it sounds like a caching issue on GoDaddy:

Let me know if you still have trouble after resolving this issue and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.
