Were you able to log in using a previous version? If so, which version?
Can you define “can’t log in”.. does it just kick you back to the log in page as if you didn’t log in, do you get an error, does it spin forever?
Do you have any other plugins or theme that you think could be causing an issue, maybe some that have also updated recently?
Yes. I could log in on the previous version. I kept up to date so it would be the version immediately preceding this current one.
I’m allowed to log in but when I try to get to the WP dashboard or anywhere else in the back-end of the site I get a white screen. When I turn off the plug in from the hosting side … I can then enter the back end of the site.
I checked every plug in we use. It’s this one.
Do you know which version of PHP and WordPress that you are using?
@standardwater – from what I can gather from testing, I’m guessing you are on PHP 4.x, probably 4.3 or 4.4, which hopefully means you are also on WordPress 3.0, since anything beyond that requires a newer version of PHP to function properly.
The good news is that I believe a new version I just released, 3.1.8, fixes the issue for you. Can you please update to the latest 3.1.8+ and let me know if this is resolved?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you … Easter Holidays.
Yes! the update has fixed the problem. Thank you!!
