Not fully compatible with my theme?
-
I’m using a free theme called “Video” from Templatic. This theme also uses a custom taxonomy, so most of my “posts” aren’t traditional WP posts.
The plugin (v2.4.0) works great for my single post pages. However, I can’t for the life of me get it to appear correctly on my home page.
I’ve tried adding it manually to the footer which displayed correctly (left-side) on the single post pages but horizontally on the home page. Adding it to the home page file (index.php), I was able to move it to various locations, but it was still horizontal instead of on the left.
This is directly related to the theme I’m using, so I understand if it doesn’t affect enough people to investigate, but if anyone has any suggestions of things I could try, I’m all ears.
The site is here. I currently just have it working the normal way (no manual php). The site does use caching, but all testing was with caching turned off.
