Not connecting to FTP

    Hey, I’m currently trying to connect the product import export plugin with my ftp server. When I enable FTP and type in the information in the settings and try the test FTP it’s just loading endless. The support tested it and it worked on their testing environment. I contacted my hosting service, but they guaranteed everything is fine and enabled with the ftp. With Filezilla I can as well connect to the FTP.
    I’m now wondering why product import/export can’t connect (just loads endless).

    Yes I’ve tried every possible setting options for hours and setup the ftp complete new several times.
    Every idea is very appreciated! Thanks
