please make sure, that your system meets the requirements for using Blog2Social properly. You find our system requirements here: https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=1&id=58&artlang=en
Should you experience issues even though the requirements are met, please send us an error log. You can find your error log in our troubleshooting tool. The error log is a short .txt file that lists some parameters of your wordpress blog. Please make sure that no personal informations are included.

All the system requirements are upto date I have downloaded the support report. Tell me, how to email it to you? On your website’s support section 3-4 times I tried to fill up the support form and submit it shows the error saying “Sorry something goes wrong. Please fill up every input field correct.” https://ibb.co/hR7hNkD

You can also upload a screenshot of the troubleshooting-tool page here if you like. Please make sure to block out any personal information on the screenshot.
Please also try to activate the legacy mode to see is this helps with loading. This is how you activate it:

If the legacy mode resolves it, you are fine. If not, please uninstall Blog2Social and re-install it to make sure that the installation is valid.
To do this, click on “Plugins” in your WordPress backend and deactivate Blog2Social. Please do NOT check the box saying „Delete scheduled posts“, otherwise your planning will be deleted. Deactivate and then delete the plugin.
Then click on „Plugins“ -> „Add new“ and install the latest version of Blog2Social and activate it.
Updating will not be enough. Please follow this process.
