    Hi,

I manage a site for a client who posts quite a bit. I have linked her site through Blog2Social to her accounts at Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

There has never been an issue with Twitter or Pinterest. However, from time to time I have to reset her link to her Facebook account and cannot make the LinkedIn link work at all. With LinkedIn there is always a note saying “Authorization will expire on a certain date”. When the latest date arrived (last week) I reset the link again. I now have a message stating “Authorization will expire on 2016/10/21”. However her latest post did not appear in her LinkedIn account.

Can you please suggest what I can do to sort this issue out?

    Hello jmkt,
thank you very much for your feedback.

Some networks (e.g. LinkedIn) have a maturity date in their authorization. The authorization is void if the maturity date has been reached. Then the user has to authorize this network again with Blog2Social.

Referring to the request that the last post did not appear in the LinkedIn account of your client I would ask us to send us an email with this request to customer-service@blog2social.com

I am sure we will find a rapid solution for your client. I thank you in advance.
