Not adding to Constand Contact

On my website faithonview.com, I added List Builder, Smart Bar, and Scroll Box. They all say they are connected to my constant contact account. But, only the List Builder is actually adding contacts. The others are collectingthem but not adding them to my Constant Contact account. I have no idea why this is the case. I was getting ready to add SumoMe to three other sites when I discovered teh problem.
Also, I do not have it set to push a particular list (I probably should). I have four lists and the people are being added to the correct list- not sure why. I would love to be able to have them choose more than one list. Also, I want to make sure I am having the people who join my lists on the other three sites are signing up to the right lists.
